01Fit the cartridge. Remove the aerator.

Gently unwrap the ceramic cartridge. Unscrew the housing counterclockwise, screw the cartridge into the base, then screw the housing and base back together. Remove your tap’s aerator to expose the thread or spout.

Try threaded first. Use the supplied adapter if needed.

Care & operating notes

Use the included sandpaper to gently clean the ceramic surface, then rinse with water. Do not use detergent, and handle the ceramic carefully to avoid dropping it. Replace the cartridge every 6 months.

Select filtered water with the diverter lever. Before first use, flush for 5–10 minutes and until the water runs clear.

Use municipal tap water, not water from an unknown source. Inlet pressure: 0.1–0.4 MPa. Specified ambient temperature: 5–38°C. Install over a sink where leaks can drain safely. Flush the tap and plumbing after a water outage before using the filter. Pull-out spray hoses and sensor taps are not compatible.

ClearDrop's connector is M22 female for a matching male tap thread. The kit includes an M16 female to M22 male adapter, a second male-to-M22 male adapter with an approximately 23.5 mm measured external diameter, and a universal silicone adapter for 16–25 mm spout outer diameter. The second adapter's nominal thread specification is not yet confirmed. Diameter alone does not confirm thread fit. Pull-out spray hoses and sensor taps aren't compatible. If unsure, send us a photo of your tap before buying.
