ClearDrop (ABN 98 636 121 545) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We share only what's necessary with the service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (store platform and payment processing) and Australia Post (delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
When you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, rating, written review and submission time in a Cloudflare D1 database. New reviews remain private until moderation. If approved, your display name, rating, review text and date appear publicly. Please do not include contact details or order information in the review. We do not collect a contact email in the review form.
To limit spam, we use an expiring form token and a keyed hash of your connection's IP address. The review database stores the hash rather than the raw IP address. Cloudflare provides our website hosting and review storage and processes connection information to deliver these services.
We use review submissions to display customer feedback and to improve our products and support. Reviews are not used to subscribe you to marketing emails. To request access, correction or removal, contact cleardropsupport@gmail.com and include your submission reference if you have it.
We use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as expected.
